Rough Side – Paint & Stain Systems

In partnership with a number of coatings companies UBIQ has identified a large number of approved coatings systems.Simply navigate through your selected UBIQ Products to your selected paint, stain or render coat system to find our approved application.

The rough side texture of INEX>EXPRESS is part of its intrinsic quality. It comprises a grain similar to 40 Grit sandpaper and will include a number of pinholes, and for this reason we recommend the following general guidelines to painting:-

Preparation:
Sand back any counter sunk / filled fixing points with a 40 Grit sand paper in the direction of the grain only. This will minimise these locations ‘grinning through’ your fully painted or stained wall.

Application:
For paint finishes, apply by spray. This will fill any pinholes or deeper textures that are on the surface.
