Bal Plus Modular Wall System
UBIQ has developed a pre-finished non-loadbearing 75mm thick Modular Wall System that delivers a 3 hour fire rating of FRL -/240/180 in both directions, per:-
- Simple install of 500mm wide panels up to 3 metres high
- Panels pre-finished in Colorbond both sides
- R-Value of 3.5
- Ballistic protection (if required)
